Join us for the final Dharma Outdoors gathering of 2026
with Geshe Tenzin Legtsok.
This month’s walk takes us along the beautiful
Russian Ridge Trail,
a 3¼‑mile ridgeline route offering sweeping views of the Bay Area Peninsula.
It's an ideal landscape for quiet presence, mindful movement,
and meditation in nature.
We will begin by setting a heartfelt motivation,
walk together in contemplative silence,
and pause for a seated meditation surrounded by open sky and rolling hills.
Advance registration is required to attend.
Trail and Conditions
- Approximately 600 feet of elevation gain
- Packed dirt trail, mostly exposed
- Please bring a small towel or blanket for sitting
- A hat or sun protection is recommended
- There is no cell signal at the preserve
