Join us for a contemplative morning in nature with Geshe Tenzin Legtsok. We will begin by sitting and meditating on the grassy lawn area, then do a gentle walking meditation, and end with a community reflection and concluding meditation.

• Please bring a small towel or blanket for sitting.
• There is no cell signal at the park — download the Park Map in advance.
• Note: Sanborn County Park charges an entry fee.
