Why do we react the way we do?
What is mind, and how do our habits shape our experience?
Buddhist Mind Science invites us into a clear, practical
exploration of how our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions
arise—and how they can be transformed.
In this special Wednesday evening session,
Hans Burghardt—creator of the
Buddhist Mind Science curriculum—will guide us
through key insights into the science of mind and the forces
that drive our emotional patterns.
You will take home simple, practical methods
for transforming destructive habits into beneficial mental states,
cultivating greater balance, and a healthy emotional life.

Buddhist Mind Science offering

the teachings and open your heart through generosity.
There is no charge to attend, and no one is turned away. While
teachings are free, your support helps keep the Center running
and makes these precious teachings available to others. We have
included suggested donation amounts to help guide your offering.
