Ven. Sangye Khadro (Kathleen McDonald) —
beloved teacher and author of the widely read
meditation classic
How to Meditate
and the recently published
How to Meditate on the Stages of the Path
—
offers an evening of practical guidance for
building a steady, nourishing meditation practice.
Drawing on decades of experience,
she will share accessible methods for
calming the mind,
working skillfully with emotions,
and developing
greater clarity and resilience in daily life.
This session will explore how a
consistent meditation practice
supports emotional balance, reduces reactivity,
and opens the door to deeper well‑being.
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to refresh and
stabilize your practice,
Ven. Khadro’s clear, down‑to‑earth approach
offers supportive guidance for cultivating a daily meditation
practice that fosters emotional balance and well‑being.
