This Heruka Vajrasattva Tsog practice was composed by our kind founder, Lama Yeshe, as a simple and accessible way for Western practitioners to enjoy and connect with the blissful, transformative energy of puja.

This session includes rhythmic, easy-to-follow English chanting of beautifully written verses that request realizations of the path to enlightenment. Each verse is followed by recitation of Vajrasattva’s powerful long mantra, helping to clear obstacles and negative energy that prevent deep spiritual insights while simultaneously infusing us with the pure qualities of Vajrasattva.

We also offer a delightful banquet of delicious food as part of the tsog offering — for those with a twice-monthly tsog commitment.

At the beginning of the session, we will engage in the Thirty-five Buddhas Practice, either through prostrations or recitation — to make the entire session a deeply powerful purification.

Don't miss this opportunity for an afternoon of joy and lightness!

Everybody is welcome to attend!

Please feel free to bring food offerings such as cookies, chips, fruit, nuts to contribute as part of the method to collect merit.
