This series offers a powerful way to begin the new year rooted in clarity, courage, and joyful purpose

Green Tara is known as the “Mother of Liberation.” A female buddha embodying compassionate action and the energy that overcomes obstacles both outer and inner. Her practice is especially renowned for dispelling fear, protecting practitioners from dangers, and cultivating the fearless confidence needed to progress on the spiritual path.

In these sessions, you will experience how the practice of Green Tara, which includes visualization, mantra recitation and guided reflections, naturally deepens our determination to be free, opens the heart of bodhicitta and gives us clearer insight into the nature of reality.

These classes are open to both new and experienced practitioners.

Each class is self-contained, please feel free to drop in to any of the sessions as your schedule permits.
