Please register below to receive your online access information. Assemble the tools you need to develop a successful daily practice. Using Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s A Daily Meditation Practice as a guide, become familiar with the elements necessary to generate realizations in the mind, including the seven-limb practice, how to set up an altar with offerings and how to structure a meditation session. Techniques for practicing in daily life will also be covered.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Venerable Tenzin Namjong studied and trained in Zen and Theravada traditions before embracing the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, due mainly to the kindness of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Princeton University and has been part of the 19 year Geshe study program at Sera Je Monastery in South India since 2007. Venerable Namjong is a registered teacher of the FPMT and he regularly teaches at FPMT centers in India. |
