Embrace Wellness through Medical Therapeutic Yoga

Weekly practice for

Intention of the class is to move with ease and promote self care in fall
This class includes:

No prior experience with yoga required for participation.
Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor with or without assistance.

Integrating therapeutic yoga in PT practice since 2000
Medical therapeutic yoga training with Dr. Ginger Garner (PYTI) to integrate Yoga in health care
Advanced restorative yoga certification by Judith Lasater
Pelvic floor teacher’s training from Leslie Howard
Licensed manual Physical Therapist
35 years of work experience in movement dysfunction caused by acute and chronic joint problems, sports injuries, women's health and chronic pain
