Looking at the Buddhas First Teaching Talk-- When the Prince, who later became Buddha, set out from his palace his aim was to find a way to end suffering.  Having found it he was convinced to share what he discovered.  His very first teaching was to explain that it is possible for everyone of us to end all suffering.  Today is the day we celebrate the this teaching.  We say it is the day the Buddha turned the 1st wheel of Dharma, known as the Four Noble Truths.  Join us in exploring how we can apply these teachings to our lives right now.
