Enjoy a reprieve from the busyness of the holidays by coming to Ocean of Compassion to meditate, center oneself, and renew our mindfulness, appreciation, and good heart. We will spend the morning alternating sessions of meditation on the breath with meditations on loving-kindness and compassion.
You are welcome to participate in the entire morning, or a portion of it; please just come on the hour — at 10, 11, or 12.
Everybody is welcome to attend!
