Somatic Movement
with Bay Thongtheppairot
Wednesdays, 6:00pm–6:45pm starting on March 15, 2023 In person at the center. Somatic movement is a form of mindfulness through movement. Non-weight bearing movements are done on the floor slowly without force. This therapeutic practice helps release stress and fatigue, and improves energy flow in the body. Meditators may find this practice beneficial prior to a seated meditation.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required. Please bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement. |
