Yoga Flow:
Every Monday 6:15pm – 7:30pm
Join Lorien Neargarder as she leads this
class in the basics of Flow Yoga.
This is a style of yoga that links specific Hatha
yoga poses together with intentional breath.
It is similar to the choreography of a dance, where
the transitions between the poses are just
as deliberate as the poses themselves. It balances
strength and flexibility, leading to clarity.

Yoga Basics:
First Saturday each month 11:15am – 12:30pm,
all other Saturdays 10:00am – 11:30am
Join Micki Love as she leads this class
in Yoga basics, focused on Hatha Yoga poses with
emphasis on the details of specific postures, alignment,
breathing and relaxation techniques.
The student will be gently guided into the “layer”
of postures tailored to the individual. This is
a great way to learn piece by piece the physical
practice and build a strong foundation, from the
ground up.
Suggested donation: $10 per class.
